BioSkepsis is a product of EFEVRE TECH LTD, a biotechnology company founded in 2018, specialising in laboratory automation and digitalisation for life-science laboratories. The name "EFEVRE" derives from the Greek word meaning "to invent," and that spirit of invention has guided everything we build.

After years of developing hardware robotics (AMGEL) and laboratory software (VITALE) for molecular and genetic workflows, we saw a recurring problem: researchers were drowning in literature. Over 40 million biomedical publications exist today, and the gap between finding papers and drawing defensible scientific conclusions was growing wider every year.

BioSkepsis was born from that gap. We set out to build not another search engine, but a scientific reasoning tool — one that helps researchers, regulatory experts, and investment professionals move from raw evidence to structured, traceable conclusions. The name "Skepsis" comes from the Greek word for critical examination, because we believe every scientific claim deserves scrutiny, not blind acceptance.
